Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager 

Job brief

We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager for leading the reward strategy, designing fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans that help us keep employee’s satisfaction at a high level and support a productive workplace.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong experience in C&B and Payroll management, have good knowledge of labor legislation, speak fluent English and be familiar with organizational psychology and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan;

Carry out market salary and compensation practice overview to identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees;

Collect/prepare/review data from surveys to deliver actionable insights;

Develop and direct implementation of compensation and benefits programs that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees, as well as protection;

Support the annual reward cycle (including merit and promotional salary review) and manage annual bonus plan;

Manage reward and recognition programs, allowance plans, loans provision and other reward projects (incl. healthcare and life Insurance plans) and evaluate their effectiveness;

Support the local grading structure, carry out ad hoc job evaluation and update of grade salary ranges, track compensation and benefits benchmarking data;

Manage Headcount and Personnel Costs budgeting in close cooperation with Finance, HRBPs and Budget Owners including the regular monitoring, reporting, and adjustment;

Direct supervision of C&B Manager and functional supervision of Payroll team (2 subordinates).


Requirements

Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role (certification in C&B will be an advantage);

Proven expertise in building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels;

Strong knowledge in labor legislation;

Knowledge of various HR metrics, workforce analysis;

Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems;

Knowledge of different Surveys methodologies (Mercer, HayGroup, E&Y, etc,);

Advanced user of MS Office and SAP or other ERP system;

Hands-on experience with HRIS and\or payroll software, ideally including Workday;

Fluent English is a must;

Strong influencing, communication and people management skills;

Excellent analytical, modelling, data analysis skills;

Enjoys working autonomously as well as a part of a wider team.
