Key Responsibilities:
- Provision of end-to-end visibility into complex business processes
- Perform research and analysis to support business operations and systems
- Conduct maturity assessments against the process to identify areas of improvement or concerns
- Support audits to ensure process compliance within operations (e.g. Coding & Tracking processes)
- Create process documentation/ process workflow modelling, knowledge articles and guidance material
- Business Process assessment/optimisation (analysis, design, and simulation of business processes)
- Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
- Determine best practices and suggests how to improve current practices
- Make recommendations to improve business processes and systems
- Design simulations to test process improvements
- Support the business to automate processes
- Support the integration of applications throughout the organisation
- Create and enhance business processes and coordinate the implementation with the impacted Business Functions and Group IT Systems teams
- Work closely with other team members at CoE Process Services to support business operations by identifying, analysing, implementing & applying innovative technical solutions for significant process improvements
- Development and deployment of standards for specialists processes & solutions
- Manage/Support dedicated own projects and other projects on demand
- Manage/Support systems development and improvement projects (e.g. system upgrade projects)
- Manage/Support technical innovation projects
- Manage/Support Training & Test Workstreams in Projects/Programmes
- Support process related projects with expertise knowledge
- Manage other projects on demand
- Provision of support for business processes and systems in scope
Key Requirements:
- University degree in either information technology, business, economics or equivalent;
- 3 - 5 years of experience within tobacco/ FMCG industry;
- Experience and proven ability in managing the delivery of complex, cross-functional and cross-geography business projects;
- Considerable experience in applying project management skills, methods and techniques (planning, scheduling, project control procedures, etc.);
- Advanced PC user; MS Office;
- IS background with sound knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems (QAD would be advantageous);
- Know-how in Track & Trace solutions (Coding & Tracking) & experience in lean methodologies would be advantageous
- Fluent English, native Ukrainian and Russian; other languages are an advantage
- Self-motivated, independent and proactive with excellent analytical capabilities;
- Assertiveness and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority;
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in an international team environment (awareness of intercultural relationships);
- Mobility / flexibility to travel.
