• Ability to think out of the box and provide a creative mindset
• Technical background will be a plus
• Intermediate English

Обязанности

• Searching for candidates by using all sources: referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research
• Coordinating and conducting interviews, coordinating testing when necessary for candidates, writing feedback, discussing candidates with decision makers
• Building a strong pipeline of candidates
• Interviewing candidates and make recommendations to the management
• Improving the company attractiveness by recommending new practices and monitoring the market change and offers
• Other HR related duties if required
