Junior IT Recruiter/Researcher

Requirements:

• Higher education and ability to work full-time;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to multitask and learn fast;
• Ability to perform routine work;
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Searching the candidates that fit maximum requirements (European market);
• Evaluate candidate's soft skills, screen hard skill;
• Hold an interview and complete reports with recommendation.

Will be a plus:

• Some experience or internship in IT recruitment.
