HR Business Partner

Developex is looking for a pro-active and experienced HR Business Partner to join our friendly team.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in the HR sphere in similar roles in IT companies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be on the same wavelength with the team.

Positive character, good attitude towards people.

Problem-solving attitude, responsible, initiative.

Experience in HR branding is a big plus.

Psychological, Pedagogic or Management Education is a big plus too.

Responsibilities:

Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.

Developing and introducing policies, procedures, regulations in the HR, prescribe HR business processes.

Suggest new HR strategies, keep track of industry and trends.

Do complex decisions and discussions, including one on ones and negotiations.

Help automate HR processes in company.

Keep track of industry and trends.

Development and support of the company brand on the job market.
