Customer support representative (English)

We are looking for an open-minded person who will be a great part of our team. Your key role is to support our clients from around the world and to ensure that they are pleased with our service.

Main requirements:

• University degree or students of 4-5th year of study

• Good speaking and writing English is a MUST (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

• Strong PC skills (MS Office, Gmail/Gdoc, Internet)

• Customer focused and solution oriented

• Attentive to details and responsible

• Ability to work night shifts

• Experience working with native English speakers is a plus

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to existing clients, understand customers' problems and needs to successfully solve incoming requests

• Work with significant amount of information and be able to explain major points clearly

• Co-operate with financial, technical and content departments on requests that require further investigation

• Stay in high spirits all shift long (that is one of the most essential, please consider it if you wish to join our team)
