Responsibilities:

  • User acquisition campaigns management;
  • The full cycle of mobile traffic purchasing: launching advertising campaigns, traffic optimization, and scaling;
  • A/B testing of advertising creatives;
  • Optimize ads campaigns in order to improve ROI (decrease CPA, increase LTV/ARPU);
  • Constant monitoring of traffic conversion;
  • Prepare schedules and adjust when needed;
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately;
  • Preparing reports on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience of user acquisition campaigns management, preferably for mobile apps;
  • Knowledge of CPI, CPM, CPC, CPA, Flat Rate;
  • Experience in FB campaigns management, Google and mobile ad networks;
  • Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns through experimentation;
  • Outstanding analytical skills (excellent Excel skills is necessary) and a data-driven mindset;
  • Higher education (technical, economics, applied mathematics, information technology);
  • English - Intermediate or higher;
  • Be organized and self-motivated.
