Purchase Manager

Do you want to join us in making wind competitive? We are looking for the Purchase Manager in our Development Division in Lviv who wants to make difference in developing control solutions for the global wind market.

Mandatory requirements:

• Maintain and ensure valid procurement data including in ERP
• Create and maintain supplier agreements in ERP
• Issue purchase orders according to valid MRP requirements
• Ensure review of supplier performance including order confirmations and invoices
• Support NCR procedure by ensuring item replacement and supplier credit
• Review and follow up on procurement action lists based on production plans
• Complete supplier and product market surveys to ensure competitive supplier base
• Prepare RFQ’s, complete benchmark and negotiate supplier contracts
• Purchase direct and indirect materials within specified responsibility area
• Complete supplier performance reviews and ensure agreed performance
• Ensure supplier relationship management
• Upper-Intermediate level of spoken English
