Project description

We are looking for a motivated and independent software developer to become part of the development team for the startup that develops an interactive team-collaboration device that is designed to change the way of running presentations, brainstorm, or facilitating workshops. The main goal of the project is to make collaboration more interactive, and productive. 

Technology stack:

JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, React JS/JSX, Redux, npm, Webpack, Node.js, Git.

Required skills

-4+ years of experience as a software developer.

-Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript.

-Expert knowledge of React JS/JSX, Redux, Webpack

-Familiarity with Git.

-Experience with Unit and Integration Testing.

-Experience consuming API endpoints.

-Experience building web applications with responsive design.

-Experience with Node.js and/or other server-side Javascript technologies and tools.

-Strong knowledge of design principles, user interfaces, web standards and usability.

-Linux and/or OS X experience

Responsibilities

-Follow team guidelines ensuring quality and consistency in the design and development phases of applications

-Lead efforts to design, architect and write new software components

-Independently handle project activities related to builds and deployments

-Create software tests, verify the functionality and quality of the software

-Provide support for production applications as issues arise

-Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues

-Identify opportunities to improve and optimize applications

-Work with project management to understand new requirements

-Follow internal software development processes and standards

-Share expertise within the team
