Junior CRM Support Specialist

Room 8 Studio is a fast-paced solutions' provider for game industry leaders from all over the world, no matter the genre or platform is.

We are looking for a Junior CRM Support Specialist in our Marketing and Business Development Department  to bring new ideas and professional experience and work on cool game projects together.

 Requirements:

• 1 year of CRM Administrator / Engineer or similar experience;

• Understanding and experience with CRM systems and Sales processes (experience with Zoho CRM would be a major plus);

• Good English communication and writing skills;

• Gaming industry experience would be a plus;

• Experience with any type of scripting languages;

• Experience with Zoho CRM’s Deluge language, would be a plus;

• Experience with SQL and database management would be a plus.

• Experience with Jira would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Daily CRM data review and actualization;

• Full testing of newly implemented CRM functionality;

• Assisting CRM users, answer their questions and help resolve issues;

• Assisting CRM Engineers with various daily tasks;

• Gaining in-depth understanding of all the existing business processes, functionalities, and terminologies.
