Revenue operations manager (RevOps)

Room 8 Studio is a fast-paced solutions provider for game industry leaders from all over the world, no matter the genre or platform is.

We are looking for a Revenue operations manager in our Marketing and Business Development Department to bring new ideas and professional experience and work on cool game projects together.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales pipeline, sales forecasting and planning processes used within the sale organization;

• Manage revenue processes to encourage collaboration between the sales, marketing, finance and production teams;

• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts;

• Increase productivity in team work for developing automated reporting/forecasting tools;

• Charged with modeling, analyzing, and reporting on data to sales executives and cross-functional peers;

• Company Performance (each division and business line). Reports preparation;

• Lost / Won opportunity (project) analysis;

• Sales performance metrics analysis (reaching targets);

• Monitoring contracts, invoices etc (сontract Lifecycle).

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, which includes successfully completing and owning sales operations / revenue operations tasks and responsibilities, preferred in B2B;

• Revenue modeling and forecasting;

• Must have a strong working knowledge of all Office Suite products, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint;

• Must have a working knowledge of, or be able to quickly learn, CRM, and other tools that support sales data organization;

• Experience with budgeting and forecasting plan development;

• Strong working knowledge of data analysis and sales performance metrics using business management software.
