Recruitment Researcher

We are looking for a Recruitment Researcher in our Games team to bring new ideas and professional experience and work on cool game projects together.

Responsibilities:

• Searching and screening candidates in accordance with the requirements;

• Direct sourcing of passive and potential candidates upon request;

• Communication with the candidates;

• Monitoring of the labor market and conducting the database of candidates

Requirements:

• 0,5 + year of experience in recruiting (IT is a huge plus);

• Understanding of IT sphere and recruitment processes;

• Desire to work and develop in IT area;

• Upper-Intermediate level of English;

• Be result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
