Marketing Director

Room 8 Studio is a fast-paced solutions provider for game industry leaders from all over the world, no matter the genre or platform is.

We are looking for a Marketing Director in our creative team to bring new ideas and professional experience and work on cool game projects together.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a company`s brand and PR  strategy for the group of the company;

• Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy;

• Defining company's products and solutions, markets for them. Initiating go-to-market strategies and preparing tactics and tools for the sales team;

• Lead generation by executing and developing web strategies for the Company website;

• Set and administer an annual marketing budget;

• Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and marketing manager;

• Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary;

• Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence;

• Manage and measure marketing campaign costs;

• Team Management

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in a similar position in a technology company; 

• Proven success in running campaigns that deliver a high ROI

• Proven marketing campaign experience;

• Proven ability to manage budgets;

• Excellent Risk & Crisis management traction

• Project ownerships in all aspects

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to partner with internal and external people to drive results;

• Excellent communication skills.

• Advanced level of English
