HR Brand Manager

Room 8 Studio is a fast-paced solutions' provider for game industry leaders from all over the world, no matter the genre or platform is.

We are looking for a HR Brand Manager  in our HR Department to bring new ideas and professional experience and work on cool game projects together.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and real experience in building strong employment brand for IT companies (3+ year);

• Good skills in working with social media and content marketing;

• Availability of contacts for working with relevant media in the IT industry;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (in Russian and English)

Responsibilities:

• Evolve company HR branding strategy to connect company culture and value proposition to attract top talent;

• Develop advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates;

• Enhance the look and feel of communications throughout the candidate and specialists lifecycle;

• Cooperation with all relevant media (Dou, AIN, etc) to post information about the company by individual articles and participation in general headings;

• Preparation of technical specifications for copywriters for writing articles;

•  for external media,as well as texts and descriptions for recruitment and HR public resources;

• Creation of high-quality media content for external resources in collaboration with contractors (photographers, designers, etc);

• Cooperation with Blogers who has the company's TA to promote the Employer brand. Organization of draws and promotions;

• Processing feedback about the company on external resources. Building a strategy to refute negative communication through different channels (interviews, articles, events, etc);

• Planning and organization of Company participation in external events (conferences, lecture conduction for schools and other learning sites to promote Company brand and Values);

• Popularization of the company's brand on social networks (Instagram, Facebook);

• Taking part in corporate culture development
