Lead Game Producer

What You Will Be Doing:

• Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners to help ensure a good cross-studio environment; 

• Defining, planning and contributing to the short-term and long-term development portfolio;

• Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to plan and coordinate user experiences across the portfolio; 

• Identifying and managing global partners to develop published games. 

• Pitching game ideas to publishers; 

• Negotiating contracts for game division projects;

• Responsible for the portfolio of projects. Acts as a guarantor of quality and achievement of goals on key projects of the company together with Producer or Associate Producer; 

• Partnering closely with production and design teams to conceptualize, specify and implement engaging features, content & systems.

What You Need for this Position:

• 5+ years of experience on a similar position;

• Solid background in mobile games production;

• Passionate and knowledgeable about the games business, with a production, business development or creative background in the game industry; 

• End-to-end understanding of the game production process; 

• Deep knowledge of analytics and product goals/KPIs;

• Excellent knowledge of market trends, games and industry; 

• Experience in leading multiple teams at once;

• Experience leading multiple teams of 15+ people; 

• 3+ released game projects from scratch to liveops; 

• English - Advanced;

• Well-networked in games industry.
