We have our warehouses and offices in Ukraine, Georgia, Israel, Russia.

 

Nowadays we are looking for a person for full-time position of Key Account Manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education (Logistics/Management Degree is welcomed).
  • 3 + years of International Sales, Customer Service (B2B sales).
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Understanding of the logistic process.
  • Experience in CRM system.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Professional knowledge and skills: knowledge and experience in global, multi-site, multi-cultural organization; national and international sales techniques knowledge; budget management experience; strong numeracy skills; has self-awareness and cares about the impact they may have on others; excellent sales and negotiation skills; strategic thinker and good commercial acumen.
  • Personal qualities: punctual and organized; logical and methodical and exceptional attention to details; approachable and able to effectively build honest relationships with a diverse range of people; ability to think innovatively to problem solve; determination and commitment to completing each job to the highest standard and on time; ability to effectively adapt to change to deliver a quality service; effectively communicates with all colleagues, clients and suppliers, professionally, honestly and timely, gaining feedback from colleagues and peers to achieve personal growth and improve effectiveness.
  • Ready for business trips abroad (not often).

 

Key responsibilities:

  • To work closely with our existing customers and attracting new potential customers (large foreign pharmaceutical companies).
  • Organizing stable, long-term relationships with customers, in accordance with the company's developed strategy.
  • Holding regular meetings and negotiations with clients, preparation presentations for clients.
  • Taking part in negotiations with clients and with other departments.
  • Notify the Project Management team upon each contract being executed to allow the set-up of the project to be completed and the contract allocated accordingly to deliver on the service level agreed with the client.
  • Responsible for commercial contract issues and terms, negotiations including renewals, new business, contract commitments, contract and savings strategies, and payment structures.
  • Managing commercial contract issues, negotiations and/or administration of licensing agreements including renewal, new business, invoicing, credit holds, receivable issues and consolidations, involving the appropriate business unit in the execution of the contract where needed.
  • Processing requests from customers of the company and provide information about the company's services in supporting the import / export of materials for conducting clinical trials.
  • Coordinating the alignment of the signing of all agreements and additional agreements with the clients of the company, involving the employees of the legal department, financial group and quality department.
  • To communicate between clients and procurement specialists in clinical trials.
  • Ensuring appropriate information is forwarded to the Finance team for processing and payment is received for all purchases.
  • Regular monitor account forecast and other budgets data to determine where improvements can be made, and plan/implement appropriate course of action.
  • Remaining within budgeted expenditure, discussing any variances with the Global Business Development Director.
  • Fulfillment of sales plans.
  • Developing an individual approach to customers.
  • Preparing a client portraits file and keep it up to date.
  • Taking part in international exhibitions, conferences.
