Compliance Officer

Nowadays our company is developing and growing and therefore we are looking for a person for full-time position of Compliance Officer.

Requirements:

• Master at law, top-tier university degree
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English (Advanced), Russian, Ukrainian
• Deep knowledge of state and local regulatory legislation, guidelines and standards (knowledge of EU, USA regulations is desirable)
• Skills in writing of standard policies, procedures, instructions and standards form on compliance: anti-bribery, anti-corruption, ethics of business, compliance audit, GDPR policy, etc
• Negotiations skills- including negotiating of requirements in contracts with Clients and Vendors related to compliance and audits
• Skills on risk assessment and management (company uses FMEA methodology in risk management)
• ICA courses completion is desired
• Good PC skills: Microsoft Office, Liga, 1C\SAP or equivalent document management systems s preferable, Jira, Wrike (are desired)
• Personal qualities: diligent and disciplined, diligent to deadlines, quick learner, interpersonal communications skills, public speaking skills, companies goal oriented, flexibility in goals approach.

Key responsibilities:

• developing, implementing and managing of companies' compliance program;
• developing of compliance policies, procedures and instructions of group of companies (UK, EU, CIS, Israel);
• monitor of compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies\instructions;
• evaluation\audit of clients and vendors on compliance adherence, review of all developed materials and social media presentation on compliance matters;
• reporting back to legal director, directors' board on audit\review findings, current risks and internal review compliance findings, group of companies' compliance performance;
• training of management and employees on abidance to laws and regulations;
• negotiation of contracts terms on compliance with contractors;
• assessing emerging issues or potential liabilities;
• preparing\managing responses to client's complaints;
• represent the group of companies on compliance matters.
