Requirements

• Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns
• Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
• Experience with CRM software
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
• Analytical mind

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing multi-channel marketing activities according to strategy.
• Manage scaled programs in paid digital media to deliver on Demand Generation and Awareness campaigns goals, working hand-in-hand with Integrated Marketing Managers and executing on integrated marketing plan goals.
• Partner and develop relationships, acquire insights and best practices from Media and Creative agencies as well as working with listings, coins, agregators.
• Develop the framework and build data insights pack to optimize the campaigns and enable decision making for optimization and prioritization.
• Define and develop proof of concepts and pilots to test innovative digital programs that can scale.
• Managing affiliate/referral programs.
• Create marketing materials (website, presentations, videos, articles, podcasts).
• Analyze the target audience's needs.
