Junior International Contract Lawyer

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• 1-3 years post qualification experience as lawyer (experience in IT/media/telecom company will be a plus);
• solid hands-on experience in contract, corporate, commercial, civil and business law (both local and international);
• deep knowledge in drafting and architecture of Software Development, License, Marketing, Advertising and Outsourcing (Outstaffing) Services Agreements;
• English knowledge (min B2 level);
• excellent legal writing and research skills;
• strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail, accuracy and care in final product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• legal analyses and review various kind of agreements for company day-to-day operations;
• drafting of tech and non-tech agreements;
• providing legal opinions on related cases;
• conducting negotiations and other legal support to international transactions;
• conducting legal due diligence and preparing respective due diligence reports;
• day-to-day legal support of company's business matters.
