Head of Performance Marketing

About position:

A growing product team, dedicated for solutions of eSports and cybersport are looking for an experienced digital marketing leader to plan, execute, and optimize our global performance marketing efforts. You will be tech-savvy with solid planning and communication skills, capable to build strong and highly-motivated team focused acquisition and retention through paid digital channels (flat fee, CPM, CPC, and CPA).

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize budget between different acquisition channels
• Build a robust channel testing strategy that allows for continual learning and optimization of channel mix
• Manage a team of media buyers, PPC and affiliate managers that will operate and execute the acquisition, conversion, and retention strategy
• Provide a feedback on campaign performance, optimizations, and insights
• Coordinate activities with creative, brand, and production teams
• Continually learn how to optimize digital media investments, taking a lead on developments in digital advertising and sharing knowledge

Required skills and preferred experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparative role
• Technical knowledge and proven experience in performance marketing
• Strong analytical skills and metric-driven decision making
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and inspire large marketing team
• Ability to speak and write in Russian and English fluently and idiomatically
• Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines and priorities
• Budget management experience is essential
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing is preferable
• It would be great if you have an interest in sport and have a real passion for esport
