Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Produce valuable and engaging content to attracts and converts our target audience
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Requirements:

• Ability to speak and write in Russian and English fluently and idiomatically
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience in setting up and optimizing online ad campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience with project management tools
• Experience with managing creative and digital asset production or campaigns
• Extensive knowledge of the sport and esport industry
