Intermediate Project Manager

We invite a proactive Project Manager to lead a new team of 10+ professionals. You will work with the US based company who have been working on creating a universal Layer2 Blockchain solution: a high performance blockchain for DeFi, integrating blockchains, protocols, oracles, and applications that shifts the paradigm for how blockchains manage data, tokens, and users. As a Project Manager, you'll take part in planning and future application development efforts on the protocol. What's in it for you:

Qualifications and experience:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in IT Project Management
• Commercial experience in managing projects up to 7-10 FTE with a duration of 3+ months
• Strong theoretical and technical background in project management
• Hands-on experience in planning, executing, successful delivery, requirements and risk management
• Skills in preventing issues, ability to maintain a project schedule and minimize team distractions
• Ability to build trusted relationships with the team and customers
• Upper-intermediate English

Nice to have:

• Experience in managing a remote team

Key responsibilities:

• Manage software development process on the growing account
• Prioritize project tasks and their distribution among team members
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates on the project progress to all stakeholders
• Perform change and risk management, manage project resources and their allocation
• Work with the team to motivate, maintain morale, and resolve conflicts
• Measure project and team performance, improves processes with top management
• Initiate and approve required project-specific training for project team members
