IT Support 24/7

We are looking for an IT Support specialist to join our team and work with the product company and a major player in the Point-of-Sale domain whose end market involves over 100,000 onsite installations. The client has already released several POS-platforms, data management systems, and a set of web applications widely used in the USA. You’ll support one of the largest quick service restaurant networks in the USA, managing various tasks while gaining knowledge in the domain from professionals.

Qualifications and experience:

• Intermediate English and well-developed communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux Servers
• Experience with user management tools (AD, GPO)
• Ability to review and analyze information coming from monitoring and reporting tools (i.e. DataDog, PagerDuty)
• Ability to remotely log into servers to retrieve logs and check event logs
• Experience with troubleshooting processes
• Accuracy in logging and documenting your own work

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of GIT
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure
• Experience with Jenkins
• Experience with Bitbucket, Azure DevOps and Confluence

Key responsibilities:

• Work shifts (day/evening/night/weekend/holiday) as a part of our 24/7 team
• Support servers and perform SysAdmin tasks for the QSR Networks
• Perform deployments and access management
• Alert reason investigation and fixing
• Perform AWS, Azure infrastructure related tasks
