Training Specialist

Training Team drives various programs related to internal and public education, both technical and non-technical, Tech Talks, PM Clubs and all other activities aimed to help our contractors grow and achieve new professional level. Responsibilities

As a Training Specialist you will help with organization of our various training events. You'll communicate with other departments, participants, trainers and external vendors to make the event go smoothly.

Required skills

• Structural thinking and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivation and proactiveness
• Upper-intermediate English
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to details
• Proficiency with PC (MS Office and Excel particularly) and ability to easily pick up new software and IT tools
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with events organization
• General understanding of the IT

Desired skills

• Work experience in Education/Events department in an IT company
