    We are looking for BUSINESS ANALYST to join our team to maintain the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring uninterrupted freight audit process.

    YOU will be involved in:

    • Gathering requirements from Stakeholders and Product Owner;
    • Performing Requirements Analysis;
    • Conducting Solution Assessment and Validation;
    • Designing, discussing and documenting business solutions and requirements by creating use cases and requirements specification documents;
    • Developing technical specifications, which include: functional overview, data requirements, interface requirements, data mapping, processing requirements, business rules;
    • Visualizing requirements by creating data flow diagrams, wire frames, interactive prototypes;
    • Reporting on common sources of technical issues or questions and communicate key insights and findings to product team;
    • Preparing SRS for development team;
    • Supporting with the design and documentation of features;
    • Performing testing of the product and processes from final user (external and internal) perspective;
    • Software setting up and business processes implementation;
    • Assisting Clients with the configuration of the application based on their workflow and business needs;
    • Analysing Clients’ data and implementing its flow in the system required for further Audit Process;
    • Performing implementation within ControlPay freight audit platform according to the requirements received from the Client and Project team specialists;
    • Supporting internal users in system related questions, providing UAT;
    • Demonstrating the customized system/tools/services to the Client to ensure he has an appropriate knowledge to use ControlPay system after implementation of requirements has been performed.

    Person we are looking for:

    YOU need to:

    • Have 1+ years of experience working as Business Analyst or similar functional field supporting complex information technology systems;
    • Have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
    • Have experience using bug-tracking software (e.g. JIRA) and team collaboration software (e.g. Confluence);
    • Have experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools;
    • Have working experience in estimation, planning and conducting BA activities;
    • Know English on Advanced level;
    • Be proficient in MS Office;
    • Have knowledge of data modeling concepts (conceptual, logical and physical schemas);
    • Have experience of UML modeling (Visio);
    • Experience in logistics data analysis will be a plus;
    • Knowledge of test documentation development principles and methods (test cases, test suites, bug reports, checklists, and traceability matrix) will be a plus;
    • Experience of UI/UX sketch designing (Balsamiq, NinjaMock) will be a plus.
