Audit Analyst

     We are looking for an Audit Analyst  to join our team to maintain the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring uninterrupted freight audit process. 

    YOU will be involved in: 

    • Navigate through and use ControlPay web-platform and support tools; 
    • Analyze clients' data and put in the system what is required for further Shipment Audit Process; 
    • Analyze data to identify problematic areas; 
    • Resolve complicated operational issues or mistakes in shipment data analysis; 
    • Collaborate with IT professionals to setup effective business rules; 
    • Analyze and update functional specifications; 
    • Communication with our customers (via ControlPay internal system); 
    • Assist clients with the configuration of the application based on their workflow and business needs. 

    Person we are looking for:

    YOU need to: 

    • Have 1 year of experience on the analyst position; 
    • Know English on the Upper-Intermediate level (or above); 
    • Be proficient in MS Office (Excel knowledge is on high priority); 
    • Have strong analytical skills; 
    • Have experience working with Jira (as a plus); 
    • Have logistics knowledge (as a plus).
