Manual QA engineer

We are looking for Manual QA Engineer to join our Kyiv office team.

YOU will be involved in:

• Monitoring every phase of the software development process to ensure design quality;
• Making sure that the software adheres to the standards set by the company;
• Assuring quality of requirements, delivered products and compliance of project processes;
• Performing manual testing;
• Performing acceptance testing of product/project releases on production;
• Report results of testing: test reports, defects;
• Analyze results of testing, report conclusions;
• Track defects to closure;
• Maintain test environment and data;
• Creating and maintaining the testing documentation: test cases, check lists;

Person we are looking for

YOU need to:

• Have 1 or more years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or software testing;
• Have good knowledge of main testing principles;
• Have deep understanding of SDLC and testing processes;
• Know test documentation development principles and methods;
• Have good understanding of SQL and hands on experience using one of the DB (PostgreSQL or other RDBMS);
• Have experience with HTML, Web Services, network protocols;
• Have experience using issue-tracking software (e.g. JIRA) and team collaboration software;
• Know English language on Intermediate level or higher.
