Trainer

We are looking for candidates who would like to become a Trainer in our Kyiv office.

Core responsibilities:

• Identify and assess future and current training needs of Company employees through job analysis, career paths, performance appraisals and consultation with department managers/directors;
• Design, develop and provide training programs based on hard and soft skills for Company employees according to the Training Center procedure;
• Plan, develop, and provide trainings for line management according to the training needs;
• Provide effective improvements for existing training programs for line management and employees;
• Provide follow-ups after each training sessions to evaluate employees progress;
• Develop and provide external webinars for Company Customers related to ControlPay services.

Requirements:

• 2+ proven work experience as a Trainer;
• Bachelor or Master Degree with a major in Human Resources, Pedagogy, Teaching education or related field;
• Upper-intermediate level of English (oral and written documentation, business communication);
• Strong team player;
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills;
• High emotional intelligence level;
• Quick-learner;
• Organizational and time management skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Responsible and flexible;
• Have a passion for continuous teaching;
• Innovative thinking skills.
