Junior Data Analyst (MS Excel, English or German)

BPO Nextdoor is looking for a Junior Data Analyst with good knowledge of the English or German language and a desire to develop MS Excel skills. Don’t worry if you are without relevant experience yet, because all the necessary training will be provided by senior colleagues.

After paid probation period best candidates will receive the job offer and start their career as data analysts to provide real-time analysis to our customer’s contact center.

Requirements:

• Upper-intermediate level of English or German (written and spoken) is a must
• Proactivity, strong analytical and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Working with the internal Workforce and Partner Management to find the best strategy to face present and upcoming challenges, providing ad hoc suggestions
• Planning and organizing the daily tasks to ensure an efficient and cost-conscious traffic management
• Monitoring daily adherence and providing feedback to improve the overall situation
• Providing advice on capacity for the upcoming period in a structured way
• Support/participation in process automation and implementation to optimize the use of resources
• Monitoring and analysis of the most important performance indicators and trends for deployment recommendations, planning and adaptation of resource needs
