Mobile QA Engineer

Requirements:

• Experience in testing the software 3+ years
• QA experience with complex mobile applications testing (iOS/Android)
• Experience with Postman, Charles, hands-on testing experience on iOS, and/or Android Experience in builds releasing and deployment processes
• Ability to create and execute test cases/check lists, document test results
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems
• Performing functional, compatibility, integration and regression testing of mobile and web-based solutions
• Understanding of QA processes and ability to locate and eliminate bottlenecks
• Understanding of databases
• Understanding of API basics
• Experience of working with Jira and Confluence
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Team player, self-motivated, good communicator, driven and committed
• Experience with Agile development (Scrum, Kanban), TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Improvement, Continuous Delivery
• Good understanding on mobile user interface guidelines

Nice to have:

• Experience in testing IoT projects
• Experience in testing mobile apps with Bluetooth devices

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, UI/UX, integration and regression testing of mobile and platform applications (iOS/Android)
• Perform functional and integration testing on mobile apps with Bluetooth devices
• Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Conduct testing activities according with established SDLC, report clear and thorough bugs
• Analyze the requirements and communicate with the Product Team
• Develop and promote best practices in testing and ensure their adoption
• Enhance an existing testing strategy
• Active participation in distributed agile process
• Proactive collaboration with teammates and remote based team members
