Customer Support Representative (German)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for the outstanding online jewelry store https://www.talisa.com/ (ability to work day and/ or night shifts with a flexible working schedule).

Requirements:

• Fluent German B2-C2 ;
• Fluent English B2 or higher;

It will be a plus:

• Experience with Zendesk;
• Experience in customer service/call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Customer support via Zendesk (emails, chats, calls);
