We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in Kyiv as a Customer Support Representative for the outstanding online jewelry store.
You will work completely remotely.
Your responsibilities:
- Customer support: emails and calls;
- We take care of all clients' requests and provide them help in a timely manner;
- Your responsibility is to support all clients' requests from different channels - emails, calls, social networks;
- The main goal is to make all our clients satisfied with our service and products;
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Zendesk;
- Have a native speaker communication experience;
Requirements:
- Customer service skills and experience/call center environment.
- English - advanced, better with an accent;
- German - advanced or upper intermediate(strong) or French (advanced or upper intermediate(strong) will be a plus.
Working schedule is floating:
working schedule is flexible;
shifts may vary depending on the season:
staring 9:00 am - till 6:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 12:00 pm : total = 8h;
4 business days a week;
1 working day: Saturday or Sunday: 8 h;
night shifts are possible during the high season *
Total: 40 hours per week
First 2 weeks - learning process(paid)
Approbation period: 3 months
High season for Customer Support 2020:
mid-April - end of May;
November - mid- January;
Equipment:
You may work from your laptop or the company's laptop;
Headphones: provided by the company;
