Hotel Front Office Agent (Receptionist)

We are looking for an energetic personality with a great passion for the hospitality and hotel business.
Main tasks as Hotel Front Office Agent (Receptionist):
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign apartments and rooms
- Provide information about our apart-hotel, available apartments and rooms, rates, and amenities
- Respond to guests’ requests in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping team to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Requirements
- English – upper-intermediate or advanced level both written and verbal
- Customer service skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Passion about hospitality and people
- Degree in tourism, hospitality, hotel management is a plus, but not necessary
