Data Labeling Team Leader

We are:

Wix's data labeling team, part of the BA & Data Science group. At Wix, we do awesome things with images and data like detecting faces, cropping and even removing backgrounds from objects. To do all these amazing things, we need relevant and precisely-labeled data. That's where our team comes in - we handle all the data used for Wix's AI processes. We find the data, sort it, label it, and even assess its quality. We're key to the success of Wix's AI projects and proud of it.

You are:

A detail-oriented individual with an eye for accuracy and thoroughness. You have great managerial and operational skills, including the ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team. Along with having excellent communication skills, you're also organized, self-motivated and a pro at multitasking. Plus, you have a great visual eye and are excellent with Excel.

Bonus points if you have experience with photo editing programs, know basic SQL, or have experience in a consumer-oriented product environment/operations role.

As a Data Labeling Team Leader, you will: 

• Manage a team of data labelers working on multiple projects. 

• Manage labeling projects with various teams and stakeholders.

• Be responsible for training your team and managing tasks & workflows.

• Help establish team goals and strategies for executing, measuring progress and reporting results.

• Identify opportunities to improve tooling and implement scalable solutions.

• Work closely with the Data Science team to find the best data solutions for their AI projects.

• Get the opportunity to learn and develop the AI field, understanding the unique data processes of this field.
