Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager join amazing, fast growing team in Kyiv.

You are:

A service oriented Operations Manager with at least 3 years' administrative experience. Keeping things organized is easy for you and handling multiple tasks at once is not a challenge. You pay attention to detail and know how to prioritize tasks. You're flexible, cooperative, and a team player who loves to help others. You also have excellent oral and written communication skills in Russian, Ukrainian and English.

As an Operations Manager, you will:

• Focus your energy and passion on transforming our office into a fun, creative and world-class R&D hub.

• Help us develop a dynamic and supportive work environment that enables our employees to concentrate entirely on producing results.

• Implement the Wix culture into every feature of the office.

• Serve as the point person for office-related duties such as maintenance, supplies, equipment, catering, etc.

• Liaise with facility management vendors, including office condition, repairs, etc.

• Coordinate with the Operations team to improve office operations and procedures.

• Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment.

• Plan and implement in-house or off-site activities like team celebrations, happy hours for employees, etc.

• Coordinate company volunteering projects.

• Work closely with the Operations & HR teams managing different types of events & activities.
