Treasury Accountant and Credit Controller 

Requirements:

• At least two years in Treasury and Cash Accounting
• Experienced with international banks and payment systems
• Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, 1C
• Accucore , Mediacore (AC1 system adobted to Telecoms IT Wholesale business) skills is a plus
• English (good verbal and written communication skills) and Italian is a plus 
• Communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Registrations of all kind of payments via company's International Payment Systems from Banks exctracts 
• Business writing via Mail Correspondence with Partners and Payment Systems
• Invoice processing 
• Posting accounting entries into Accounting System
• Interact with clients, discussing billing questions, arrangements, submitting invoices for payment;
• Folow actions on bad debt returns;
• Billing and collections processes;
• Coordination of implementation of billing system within company;
• Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly/annual billing reports trough systems
• Participate in monthly forecasting and budgeting processes 
• Various reporting upon request
