We are looking for highly-motivated and client-oriented Audit Manager

asks & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage the Audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters.
• Multi-tasking and proven knowledge of project management methodology and it's the appliance to business needs;
• Demonstrate expertise in primary accounting frameworks (UA GAAP, IFRS, and/or US GAAP) and in related financial reporting matters.
• Organizing your team in such a way that processes, roles & responsibilities are clear and work is efficiently and equally divided amongst colleagues;
• Contribute to effective teamwork in internal engagement situations;
• Follow the rules of the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA) Code;

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance.
• Strong commitment to providing an excellent client service
• Professional qualification: ACCA (ACCA in the process) or CPA, DipIFR (Rus).
• 5+ years of core accounting experience within a Consulting firm (preferably Big 4)
• Knowledge of best practice reporting, Ukrainian and International Accounting Standards
• Advanced computer capabilities
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate all audit staff and provide them with counselling and career guidance
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Ukrainian/Russian and English
• Critical thinking.
