Responsibilities for a Super Star Recruiter:

• Conducting the full-cycle recruitment (10-13 vacancies per month)
• Hiring professionals who meet job requirements as well as culture of the company
• Participation in the development of recruiting strategy
• Optimization of recruitment processes
• Participating in conferences and internal meetups etc.

Requirements: 

• Have proven experience of providing full-cycle recruitment process 
• Can build partnership relationships with hiring managers, help to investigate and analyze which candidate will be the best fit for each position
• Understand technologies in the IT Industry
• Know how to search and contact candidates not only on Linkedin (GitHub, Twitter and so on)
• Can spend hours but produce really catching mails and messages for candidates
• Dig to understand real interests of candidates and build long-term relationships with them
• Have an existing network of specialists
• Ready for quickly changing environment
• Ready to be active and proactive, continuously improve recruitment process
• Speak Upper-intermediate English

Will be a plus:

• Have experience of filled positions such as Senior Java Devs, Senior QA Automation engineers, Technical product owners, DevOps, various management positions
• Worked with any ATS (we work with Comeet)
• Recruiting is not a black box for you. You love to investigate analytics of your job
