Product Owner

We are looking for a experienced Product owner to design and lead the development of Playtika's BO system.

Working with many stakeholders and customers, responsible for supporting new features developed in the company, as well as improving existing ones.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the product backlog, plan scope for next sprints, lead pre-planning and planning activities, participate in retrospective
• Write user stories, defining business value and acceptance criteria, creating wireframes, etc
• Work with the development team to find the right solutions for our product: both functional and UI/UX
• Work closely with the users of our product: operation, monetization, customer support, VIP managers to understand their business needs, and translate those needs to product requirements.
• Prioritize the different tasks, distinguishing between must-have to nice-to have
• Be confident and thorough when presenting and demonstrating the product to our users and stakeholders
• Be prepared to get things done even if arrives at the very last minute

Requirements:

• Good understanding of business goals and priorities;
• 2+ years of managing teams or products;
• Product Owner experience with agile methodologies - advantage
• Experience with defining UI/UX products - advantage
• Experience writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements;
• Strong communication and leadership skills;
• Experience of communication with foreign partners;
• Ability to manage yourself and prioritize tasks.
• Smart, creative and think outside the box
• Be a proactive cross-collaborator when working with other groups within the company.
• Be detail oriented, positive under pressure and willing to do whatever it takes to meet deadlines
• Good level of spoken and written English.
