Technical Writer/Business Analyst

Customertimes Corp. is a cloud consultancy, an ISV and a systems integrator. We are particularly focused on extending teams for US/European companies and delivering managed services. Our global organization includes 1,000+ talented and enthusiastic consultants, developers, business analysts, mobile experts and more than a half are based in the Ukrainian offices.

The project entitles multiple server solutions aimed to support the integration of mobile applications with home automation and proprietary access system for middle and high-rise buildings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and key UX/UI practices and processes;
• Solid experience with key business analysis techniques and requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence);
• In-depth experience with identifying and understanding user and business needs and behaviours;
• Experience with a broad range of methods and tools for requirements specification and modelling, including use cases, user stories, process models, data models, and scenarios.

Requirements:

• Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills;
• Strong attention to details;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Modelling skills to represent requirements information in graphical form;
• Setting clear priorities and time-management. Ability to handle multi-tasking;
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, running concurrent processes with multiple stakeholders.
