Strong Junior/Middle iOS Developer

UKEESS Software House is currently looking for a proactive Strong Junior to Middle iOS Developer for a Full-time position (either onsite in Lviv or remotely), who really wants to join the ambitious company and life-changing projects.

About the Client and the Project:

The Client is the world’s largest DNA network in the world and helps people find the singular story in their DNA. The foundation of the service is an extensive collection of billions of digital records, documents, and digitized DNAs combined with modern search technologies, tools, and collaboration features. All that enabled more than 2 million subscribers to create over 18 billion historical records, along with millions of DNA results to make meaningful discoveries.

TechStack of the project: iOS/Swift/Combine/SwiftUI/MVVM/MVP

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of commercial experience in iPhone development
• Experience with Swift Language
• Strong understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
• Understanding MVC pattern (not Massive View Controller)
• UIKit, Autolayout
• REST API
• GCD or OperationQueue
• Git experience
• Understanding iOS memory management. MRC, ARC
• Ability to work with technical documentation/specifications for the project
• Strong Intermediate level of English at least

Will be a Big Plus:

• Experience or good knowledge of Kotlin
• Experience with Objective-C
• Technical education (bachelor's degree etc.)

Responsibilities:

• A knack for writing clean, readable Swift code;
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the project;
• Ability to work as a team player & communicate effectively;
• Communication with our customers.
