Assistant to Marketing Department

BASF Ukraine, the world's largest chemical company with HQ in Germany, is happy to invite talented and goal-oriented young specialists to fill the position of Assistant to Marketing Department. 

Responsibilities:

• Support of the marketing team with necessary travel arrangements (hotels, tickets, taxi)
• Support the team with travel expenses reports and applications
• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities, e.g. support with translation upon request and approval by head of marketing
• Schedule and organize meetings, take minutes upon request
• Providing support for marketing events if required
• Support event coordinator with events reports in accordance to the company rules and procedure
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures in cooperation with responsible specialist
• Payment orders creation and relative document flow coordination upon request
• Assist to Head of marketing with requested tasks (e.g. necessary activities for payment and paperwork of accommodation)
• Assist to Head of marketing with fuel reports

Required qualifications:

• University Degree
• 1 year + of relevant experience of work
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Advanced Computer skills (MS Office)
• Time-management skills
• Ability to work in intensive workflow
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Patience and work with high attention to the details
• Team-player working style
