We are looking for the Digital Marketing Lead. Main goal of a potential candidate is to create and implement digital marketing strategy.

Therefore, we consider candidates only with relevant experience and strategical thinking.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Search, test and introduce new digital promotion technologies, trends and insights
  2. Together with the team - plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  3. Design and build our social media presence
  4. Create, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  6. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  7. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  8. Manage corporate branding and work with sales to create initiatives to increase leads, drive more sales from new and existing customers.

 

Requirements:

  1. Proven working experience in creation and implementation of digital marketing strategy
  2. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  3. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  4. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  5. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and other tools)
  6. Experience in analyzing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  8. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  9. English: Upper Intermediate
