Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using variety of tools
• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a related field
• Fluency in English (B2+)
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and concepts
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create impactful visualizations
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation
• Proficiency in analyzing existing tools and databases, and providing software solution recommendations
• Extensive knowledge and experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases
• Demonstrated expertise in handling large data sets and relational databases
• Understanding of data addressing and metadata standards

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and identify patterns in complex datasets
• Attention to detail to focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and maintaining master data, including creating, updating, and deleting records
• Manage user access and roles to ensure data security and proper usage
• Assist in the development of reports and analysis by gathering and organizing relevant data
• Design and manage the reporting environment, including data sources, security measures, and metadata
• Support the data warehouse team in identifying and revising reporting requirements to meet business needs
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at ensuring data integrity and normalization across systems
• Evaluate, test, and implement new or upgraded software solutions, providing input for strategic decision-making on new systems
• Generate comprehensive reports from single or multiple systems to present meaningful insights and trends
• Troubleshoot issues related to the reporting database environment and resolve problems with reports
• Assess changes and updates made to source production systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on new reports and dashboards, enabling them to utilize data effectively
• Provide technical expertise in areas such as data storage structures, data mining techniques, and data cleansing processes
