The position of «Investor Relations Manager» at IC Realty involves working with investors and maintaining relations with them. Key responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with potential investors, including identifying potential investors (via LinkedIn, platforms, other investment service providers, insurance companies, provident funds, personal connections, etc)
• Work closely with other departments within the fund, such as the sales and compliance teams, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the overall strategy of the fund
• Organizes conference calls between the prospective investor and the investment team

The ability to work effectively in a team, an analytical mindset, the ability to make decisions, high communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people, as well as the lack of fear of new challenges are expected.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in financial analysis or investors relation would be advantageous
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Very good knowledge of PowerPoint or similar programs
