REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in law is a must;
• Fluent English is a must (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced);
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house in the areas of construction, land law, real estate, environmental law, agricultural law, subsoil use;
• Additional education (land management, ecology, project management) will be a plus;
• Excellent legal writing and research skills;
• Strong analytical thinking;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Self-organization, time management.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation and verification of draft legal documents;
• Participating in project negotiations;
• Drafting agreements, legal memoranda, legal opinions;
• Preparation of consultations for clients;
• BD activity (analysis of materials from profile publications), preparation of analytical articles for publications, participation in the development of relevant legislation.
