Concept Artist (Unannounced Vehicle Shooter)

Wargaming Kyiv is looking for a talented Concept Artist to assist in the creation of the next big free-to-play title from Wargaming. As a key member of art production, you will rapidly iterate on drawings to bring ideas into the reality of the game. You will work closely with the Art and Design departments to create vehicles and locations that will inform the look of game assets.

What will you do?

Design Exciting Machines:
• Create unique vehicles with distinct functional and cultural variety;
• Create impressive weapons, armor and propulsion systems;
• Turn real-world industrial design problems into aesthetic opportunities;
• Create precise drawings for 3D artists to work from;

Inspire Game Locations:
• Explore a grand variety of nations, cities and landscapes with paintings and sketches;
• Invent creative architectural and functional structures;
• Bring variety into war-torn environment's foliage, props and obstructions.

What are we looking for?

• Outstanding 2D Art skills demonstrated through a strong portfolio that shows:
- Work in a realistic, modern style showing environments and technology;
- Experience creating art easy-to-read drawings used for 3D modeling reference;
- Ability to skillfully demonstrate volume and color in perspective;
- Highly creative work even within time and setting constraints;
- Expertise with Photoshop;

• Organized team player with great communication skills; always open to feedback.
