About the role:

The scope of this position is to be responsible for dispatching trucks, negotiations with brokers about loads and rates, monitoring the performance of drivers and ensuring customer timelines are adhered to.

What you bring:

Strong motivation to keep deliveries moving across USA and Canada;

1-3 Years of Experience in a Transportation/Dispatching (having your own carriers and owner-operators is an asset);

Excellent customer service and negotiation skills;

Strong organizational skills;

Excellent knowledge of transportation basics and understanding of the geography;

Ability to work with people from varied backgrounds;

Ability to work in a very fast paced and high-volume environment;

Computer Experience;

Care and attention to health and safety standards.

Who you are:

Fluent English speaker;

Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to manage demands and resolve issues with drivers, coworkers, etc.;

Good communication skills;

Must be able to work under a flexible work schedule;

Strong Computer Skills;
