Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales/Engagement Specialist to join our team and help us drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for tailoring personalized outreach to companies and individuals, introducing our platform's value to new users, and collaborating with the success team to integrate our platform into clients' workflows.

Key Metrics:

Your main focus will be on user acquisition, and you will be responsible for contributing to the following key metrics:

Number of appointed conversations from inbound and outbound channels
* Conversion to registration rate
* Registration-to-paid rate
* Client retention

Responsibilities:

* Tailor personalized outreach to companies and individuals who come from different marketing channels, and support the lead generation specialists
* Introduce the platform's value to new users based on their needs and goals
* Participate in the development of sales processes such as lead scoring, funnel stages, etc.
* Conduct experiments to enhance the performance of funnel metrics.
* Bring insights from conversations with clients to contribute to the product roadmap
* Collaborate with the success team on integrating the platform into clients' workflows
* Be the main point of contact for customers whom you have helped make the right choice
* Develop new channels of acquisition together with the marketing and product team

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in IT sales
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced proficiency in English
* Experience in Martech/Productivity, or other B2B SaaS sales would be a plus
* A strong ability to be proactive and organized.
* People Management experience would be a plus
