An international provider of digitalization solutions and electrical equipment is looking for a skilled Marketing Director /Business Administrator for the Ukrainian team in Kyiv.
The Marketing Director/Business Administrator is going to work with a wide range of day-to-day business decisions and tasks in the company. The primary emphasis is on establishing and controlling business processes and procedures in the Ukrainian unit, handling HR-, documentation- and finance-related responsibilities. The MD/BA will also be in charge of planning and organizing marketing events and activities in Ukraine (attracting target audience, collecting feedback etc.) together with the local and international teams.
Responsibilities
- Initiating, maintaining and developing business operations and procedures
- Staff supervision
- Tracking budget expenses
- Marketing planning, budgeting and implementation
- Reporting to management
- Contributing to team effort
Requirements
- Relevant education (Marketing, Economics, Business Administration / Business School will be an asset)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business administration or marketing position (focus on digital, websites, lead generation and management)
- Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian (spoken and written)
